Our unique designed protected blocks act as ballast, a surface-mounted foundation for almost all situations and locations certified by independent structural engineers and conform with BS6399:Part 2 requirements.

Our range all have an opal Sunlite™ Roof providing UV, sun and rain protection and a robust aluminium frame-work that can be powder coated to your colours. You can also include an option to brand your shelter and include clear signage to help with one way systems and social distancing.

How much does a covered walkway cost?

Our covered walkways start from around £2,950 plus VAT for a 5m x 2m structure with concrete ballast blocks included, rising to around £15,800 plus VAT for a 20m x 2m run. We provide a fixed-price quotation and free CAD design before you commit.

Do covered walkways need groundworks or foundations?

No. Our uniquely designed protected ballast blocks act as a surface-mounted foundation, so there is no digging, no wet trades and no mess. The system is certified to BS 6399: Part 2 wind and snow loading by independent structural engineers.

How quickly can a covered walkway be installed?

Most covered walkways are installed within 10 working days of order, with on-site installation usually taking only a few hours and minimal disruption to your premises.

Do covered walkways need planning permission?
